(1)          Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

(2)          Delivery
We will package and deliver the products you order from our website generally within 14 days of ordering, but please allow 28 days. If any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will let you know by phone and either refund the cost or forward the product as requested by you in this instance.

(3)          Cancellations
For Courses: A replacement delegate may be appointed by you, otherwise an AED 730. - administration fee will be charged if your attendance was cancelled 21 days prior to event. Registrations cancelled less than 21 days prior to the event must be paid in full.In the event that mindXCEL Consultancy has to cancel an event, a full refund applies.

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.
