Evina is the owner of mindXCEL and has a background in HR, Sales Management and Entrepreneurship of more than 25 years.evina
She speaks fluent Dutch, German and English and is a LICENSED BUSINESS MASTER , NLP COACH, HYPNOTIST and TRAINER of NLP™ since 2000, trained by Dr. Richard Bandler.

TRAINING

Public and in-house training workshops cover areas such as licensed NLP™ Practitioner and Business Practitioner, NLP™ Coach, NLP™ Master Practitioner, Business Master Practitioner as well as applications of NLP™ to the arena of business.

Additional trainings include:
Sales, Negotiation, Project Management, Business Writing, Communication, Problem Solving For Team Leaders, Teambuilding, Goal Setting, Conflict Resolution, Management/Leadership, Interviewing Skills, Proposals, Time Management, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Goal Setting and Presentation Skills as well as a special Leadership Training for women in Business.

Flexibility of behavior is part of what we teach and, as you can imagine, is something that we practice ourselves. Therefore, if there is a particular topic you wish to include, or we establish that it needs to be included; then we will do so. We often design something very unique for our unique customers.
