Leveraging Subjectivity
18 Apr 2011

Since childhood we are told and taught to look at
things “objectively” – well that’s not really possible.

We, as human beings, are influenced by
subjectivity – and almost everyone who we have worked
with has realized that in some way, shape or form. So
what does that realization do for us? Well, it does a lot: for
instance, it tells us that talent, skill and ability are not fixed
human capacities – these are subjective capacities that can
be “learned” if you know how.
