mindXCEL Coaching service integrates a number of disciplines into a coaching structure, with the purpose of aligning all your internal and external resources towards a particular goal or outcome. Enabling you to tap into your full potential and achievement capabilities.

Coaching helps you to uncover what you really want in life and then provides a supportive environment to have you achieve your dreams.

E-Coaching is a completely different experience as one-to-one coaching.

How it works:

Firstly I will send you an email to find out what you want to achieve. Once you respond to my email and we decide to work together, you can make your first payment online, upon which I will send you another email.

Exactly what we do depends on you and your goals, but I will generally ask questions and may ask you to do certain exercises for you to complete in your own time, before we'll discuss your answers.

Specific benefits for you are:

• You can work at your own pace - no meetings, no appointments, etc.
• You can think things through at your leisure.
• Unlike phone coaching - you can keep your coaching emails for future reference.
• You can print out your emails to reflect on the content.
• You can buy as much as you like, and as little as USD 75.-.
• E-Coaching is very low pressure and relaxed.

E-coaching has many benefits but it also has some disadvantages as rapport is more difficult to grow.

Once you opt for E-coaching and we start the journey, then take note that I will reply to you within 48 hours, but often the same day. To maintain your momentum and commitment, I ask you to respond to my emails within 3 days.

Pricing

I charge for E-coaching at the same hourly rate as personal phone coaching, but you have time to reflect on the questions I ask.

Currently that's USD 75.- for a 45-minute session or USD 100.- for one hour. A typical email cycle - reading your email and replying to it - might cost USD 30.- - but it might be less or more. Sometimes I will send you material which takes almost no time.
