• Our fee is a single flat fee, quoted at the start of the search. This fee is calculated according to the individual specification of the client's candidate requirement. This fee does not change according to the candidate's salary, and there are no additional charges.
• mindXCEL's fees are quoted in US dollars
• We normally complete our search for you in 2-4 weeks, regardless of the location or title.
• We complete our executive search recruitment on headhunting with the "direct approach", based on our existing international database.
