NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is the technology of achievement that developed in the early 1970's when  Dr. Richard Bandler, a mathematician and computer specialist, noticed that the field of psychology didn't have many (if any) techniques for making it possible for people to change with ease.

He studied successful therapists and began to create mathematical formulas of what he had noticed them doing. With some of his then students, he then took these techniques and strategies and began to build models of excellence with them.

NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) involves the study of patterns, which are created by the interaction of the brain, language and the physical body.

In simple terms; NLP is about how the brain works and how language operates in the brain and how we can change behavior by changing language; verbal and non-verbal.

The technology of NLP has since its beginning been utilized in almost every area of human actions and behavior and is still growing in popularity.
